インストール
警告：このインストーラーは、選択したゲームのフォルダーにある他の MOD を削除します。続行する前に、ゲームフォルダーをバックアップしてください。自動バックアップは作成されません。
- Steam 版シェンムー I & II をインストールしてください。
- ゲームとシェンムーのランチャーを終了してください。
- 下のリンクから ShenmueVR-Setup-2.0.exe をダウンロードしてください。
- インストーラーを起動し、Steam の
steamapps\common\SMLaunchフォルダーを選択してください。 - シェンムー I、シェンムー II、または両方を選び、インストールを完了してください。
- 再起動を求められた場合は、Windows を再起動してください。
Steam 版 v1.07 に対応し、実行ファイルに必要な修正を自動で適用します。OpenXR とモーション操作は標準で有効です。UEVR は必要ありません。
ゲームの起動
- ヘッドセットを接続し、使用する OpenXR ランタイムを準備してください。
- 通常どおりゲームを起動してください。
- まずは SSW などの外部補間を無効にしてお試しください。
最大 120 FPS の表示に対応していますが、実際の動作速度は GPU、解像度、ヘッドセットの設定によって異なります。
コントローラー操作
Quest / Touch タイプのコントローラーでは、次のゲームパッド入力に対応します。各入力の役割はゲーム内の操作設定に従います。
- 左スティック：ゲームパッドの左スティック。
- 右スティック：ゲームパッドの右スティック。
- A / B / X / Y：同じ名前のゲームパッドボタン。
- 左 / 右トリガー：LT / RT。
- 左 / 右グリップ：LB / RB。
- 左スティック押し込み：Back / View。
- 右スティック押し込み：Start / Menu。
実際に体の向きを変えることでも旋回できます。
戦闘ジェスチャー
- パンチ：左右どちらかの手で前方へパンチ。X 入力になります。左右交互のパンチにも対応しています。
- 上向きのパンチ：左右どちらかの手を突き上げる動作。これも X 入力で、専用のアッパーカット技を直接指定するものではありません。
- 近接パンチ：右コントローラーをヘッドセットの右側のすぐ近くで短く静止させます。X 入力になります。
- キック：左コントローラーをヘッドセットの左側のすぐ近くで短く静止させます。A 入力になります。
- 別のキック操作：右コントローラーを顔の前の中央寄りで短く静止させます。右側の近接パンチ位置から少し離してください。A 入力になります。
- 回避：両手をヘッドセットの前に上げ、静止させます。姿勢を維持している間、B 入力を送ります。
- つかみ・投げ操作：両手を前に伸ばして一瞬止め、振動を感じたら両手を引き戻します。引き戻した時に Y+B 入力を送ります。
ジェスチャーは戦闘中のみ有効です。振動はジェスチャーの認識を知らせます。実際に出る技や成功するかどうかは、ゲーム内の状況によって異なります。通常のボタン操作も使用できます。

Installation
Warning: this installer removes other mods from the selected game folders. Please back up your game folder before continuing. The installer does not create an automatic backup.
- Install the Steam version of Shenmue I & II.
- Close both games and the Shenmue launcher.
- Download ShenmueVR-Setup-2.0.exe below.
- Run the installer and select your Steam
steamapps\common\SMLaunchfolder. - Choose Shenmue I, Shenmue II, or both, then complete installation.
- Restart Windows if requested.
The installer supports the Steam v1.07 executables and applies the required executable patches automatically. OpenXR and motion controls are enabled by default. UEVR is not required.
Starting the Game
- Connect your headset and prepare your preferred OpenXR runtime.
- Start the game normally.
- Begin with external spacewarp or frame interpolation, such as SSW, disabled.
The mod supports presentation up to 120 FPS. Actual performance depends on your GPU, resolution, and headset settings.
Controller Controls
For Quest / Touch-style controllers, the mod uses the following gamepad mappings. In-game actions follow your game’s button configuration.
- Left stick: Gamepad left stick.
- Right stick: Gamepad right stick.
- A / B / X / Y: Matching gamepad face buttons.
- Left / right trigger: LT / RT.
- Left / right grip: LB / RB.
- Click left stick: Back / View.
- Click right stick: Start / Menu.
You can also turn physically to change your facing direction.
Combat Gestures
Gestures activate only during combat. Both games use the same gesture mappings.
- Punch: Punch forward with either hand. Sends X. Alternating left and right punches are supported.
- Upward punch: Swing either hand upward. Also sends X; it does not directly select a dedicated uppercut move.
- Close-hand punch: Briefly hold your right controller very close beside the right side of your headset. Sends X.
- Kick: Briefly hold your left controller very close beside the left side of your headset. Sends A.
- Alternative kick: Briefly hold your right controller near the front-center of your face, slightly away from the right-side close-punch position. Sends A.
- Dodge: Raise both hands in front of your headset and hold them steady. Sends B while you maintain the pose.
- Grab / throw input: Reach both hands forward, pause until you feel the vibration, then pull both hands back. Sends Y+B when you pull back.
Haptic feedback confirms gesture recognition. The move performed and whether it succeeds depend on the game’s current situation. Normal button controls remain available.
Bug Reports
When reporting a problem, please include:
- Whether you were playing Shenmue I or Shenmue II.
- Your headset and GPU.
- Your OpenXR runtime and headset refresh rate.
- Whether external spacewarp or interpolation was enabled.
- Where the problem occurred and what you were doing.
