Shenmue Dojo Gamescom 2026 Vlog Adventure!

Posted on September 5, 2026 at 19:00 PM BST

As we wrap up our Gamescom 2026 coverage for another year, we can finally share some of the footage we captured during our two-day excursion to Germany’s magical city of Cologne.

James and Matt invade Koelnmesse for another year, and you can follow our mini adventure as we:

  • Meet legendary Shenmue fans
  • Speak to ININ Games about the upcoming Shenmue 3 Enhanced release
  • Play a 30-minute demo of Crazy Taxi: World Tour
  • Visit SEGA’s booth, experience and review Stranger Than Heaven
  • Do lots of walking!

Check out the video above! Thanks for following all of our Gamescom content this year – we’ll be back with more in 2027!

📡NEW MERCH!

A brand new Shenmue Dreamcast Keyring has been spotted in the recently opened SEGA Store Osaka. It currently appears to be exclusive to Osaka, priced at 990 yen. This would be the first Official "SEGA" released Shenmue merchandise for quite some time now! Thoughts?

It's nice to see Ryo looking happy when he talks about his home. By the time that he arrives in Guilin, he seems more relaxed and comfortable talking about himself. It's where we really get to know him. 💙
