Recently we were asked by the awesome folks over at First4Figure’s sister company Figgyz if we could conduct a fan poll for the top 4 Shenmue characters (that weren’t part of Wave 1). The results of which would hopefully go on to guide what characters might be made for a potential Wave 2 of the series!
During the most recent weekly Figgyz Live Stream Alex and the gang showed off the poll results that we shared across to them and the results can be seen below!
As you can see, the top 4 selections were Joy, Xiuying, Nozomi and Tom.
Guizhang came in 5th and Goro 6th – so they could potentially be characters for a future Wave 3 if another were to be produced.
You can catch the full stream above and see the Figgyz team react to the results. It seems very promising by what they say that Wave 2 is guarenteed at this point. We’ll of course update as soon as more details are shared or any future images of how they might look. If they’re anything like Wave 1 they’re going to be awesome and of course instant buys!
