As you will have seen, on Monday we published a video donated by a longtime Shenmue fan who contacted Count Binface via Cameo.
In case you missed it, none other than Count Binface himself has added his voice to the push for a fourth Shenmue game. See the full video below!
Following publication and coverage by UK based publication Metro we have only seen this grow and grow! It has gone VIRAL!
Outlets such as Kotaku, IGN, Gamespot and more have covered this crazy gesture by the community and it seems to have gathered a (mostly) positive reaction in wider gaming circles. Coupled with the recent comparisions between Virtua Fighter Crossroads and Shenmue, there seems to be no better time for this video to have landed!
The community never ceases to amaze in what it will do make sure Shenmue stays in peoples mind. This is just another addition to an already huge list of achivements including, Times Square in 2024, winning the BAFTA Poll in 2025 and re-entering the Classic FM Hall of Fame to name but a few!
