We begin this update with our apologies for again having to give notice that reward fulfillment is delayed due to the impact of COVID-19. Most of the items are now produced, however, and shipping will start shortly. We ask for your patience a little longer and hope the rewards will be worth the wait.
International Shipping Announcement
Before getting to the revised shipping dates, we have an announcement concerning international (non-US) shipping. Due to a recent increase in international shipping fees, some international rewards may be shipping together, in fewer packages. This could also mean that some rewards will ship within the US before going out internationally because of the shipment consolidation.
In-Progress Physical Rewards
The Slacker Backer T-shirt, capsule toys, art book and CD soundtrack, which were previously estimated for July and August delivery, are now expected to ship beginning in September and running into October. Shipping times may yet slightly deviate, but production for rewards is now in the final stages. We thank everyone again for your understanding and cooperation especially now.
Replica Jacket
Replica jackets are currently on hold as it was recently necessary to switch suppliers. Backers of this reward will be contacted by Fangamer in the coming weeks with further details. Because of this adjustment, there is still time to change your size.
