Three characters in the bottom left corner. What they mean?

I thought it was Yuanda Zhu signature
 
Are they chinese or japanese characters? Because I've asked my friend who knows japanese to translate them and he gave me a different answer
 
They exist in both languages but are pronounced differently in Japanese: "Shu Gentatsu".
