Everyone keep an eye out for an important Shenmue announcement later today. Andrew found a substantial Shenmue storyline leak...from 2003. This will provide some closure to Shenmue fans, but also provide some new questions as well. A video will be on our YouTube channel later this afternoon.

Its about the capsule toy and it not listed in the collectibles sections featured in many north american guidebooks.
It was, though, in a japanese guidebook so the guy wondered if could that be because NA guides used a preview build not featuring Golden Hang On toy. It turns that it exists in the Shenmue preview disc. So the final question remains: why did like 4 guides in a row omitted the collectible?
My guess is that the first guide didn't wrote about it and the rest of guides just bought and copied the original without doing their playthrough so the mistake just kept uncorrected.
In Spain this wasn't rare as many guides were translations mostly from Edge UK and were so lame to even keep the same jokes made by the original author.
