NinjaRipper Shenmue 3 Ryo

NinjaRipper is a bit old now and doesnt get the correct UVs and distorts the original textures.
The level of detail seems overkill, but it's possible Ryo will have more .. emotion?

For Comparison here is Sega All Stars ('Passport Ryo'?)

because the .pak files are encrypted , Umodel asks for the AES key

Ah, I see. The AES key is pretty simple to get, but I wouldn't suggest posting it publicly, or on these forums. If you join the Shenmue Reverse Engineers discord server, I can help you with anything you might need.
