Hey everyone, this is Dima Shen from Nagai Industries.

I've started making games on this forum 10 years ago. My first project was the Lucky Hit Challenge, a new version of Lucky Hit designated to gather attention for the Shenmue III Kickstarter campaign. The old dojo thread preserved https://www.shenmuedojo.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=47336

Now, together with the team, I'm working on an original IP.

inKONBINI: One Store. Many Stories is a slice-of-life narrative-driven simulation game centered around a small-town convenience store in the early 1990s. Shelve goods, engage in meaningful conversations with your customers and explore how you can impact their lives through your decisions.

It's in many ways inspired by Shenmue. For you, I would describe it as instead of operating a forklift, you are working in the Tomato Convenience Store, which is made with attention to details like Hazuki Residence, and the focus of the game is on detailed, wholesome dialogs, like Shenmue 2 disk 4.

I would be happy if you wishlist the game on Steam and tell friends about it.

I'll be happy to answer your questions about the game or listen to suggestions on what kind of Shenmue references you would like to see.
