You are right about that. In 50 years when the servers for patching the re release are gone, if gd roms haven't rotten by then the original copies would be the only glitch free versions unfortunately. Sucks.

I forgot about the gdemu and i own one lmao.
Good point, flash memory which is what those dreamcast modifications use like gdemu and usb gdrom seem to be more future proof than optical media like Gdroms.
