Are the mods accessible on the Nvidia Shield TV?

As the title asks, I was considering getting one and of course A nice way to run Shenmue is what I'm also consdiering but I want to bypass all the Aspect Ratio issues of the original Steam release. I jsut don't know if it is possible to mod and update it all on there or not as it is not a PC.

Nope, mods are strictly only for the PC version.
