I was able to launch the PS4 version just fine.

Yeah. I guess I just have to wait then. I googled and found some people who had the same issue with different games. It's probably something server related.

It's the same on every first or 15th of the month. I always have to wait many hours until my xbox shows and allows me to download the newest game with gold. Maybe my xbox gets the command to unlock games from a server in the US for some unknown reason. I don't know.
