In addition: We were also presented with various diagrams with how the gameplay and gambling systems work in Shenmue 3, reaffirming that they’ll be a ton of content to look forward when the game launches this August 27th!
Suzuki also elaborates on how players can expect to progress the story in multitudes of ways thanks to the new systems in place!
Lastly, we also learned more about the flow of combat and how levelling works. Yu Suzuki also reaffirms that they’ll be 4 difficulty modes to suite various types of players (for those who enjoy a casual stroll to those who want to test their chops!)
