Xuhe Hall (Heichinrou restaurant) has closed

15th May marked the sad closure of a restaurant in Yokohama's Chinatown with special meaning for fans of Shenmue The Animation. Heichinrou restaurant was the "Xuhe Hall" visited by Lan Di in the anime.

I went along to take some photos before it closed, with kind permission of the manager.

I’m glad I was able to get there in time! Such a pity it was only there for a few months after the anime’s release.

It’s not a part of the guide map, as its location is in Yokohama rather than Yokosuka. At least there’s no need to revise it. 😅
