Shenmue - Side Story Comics Scans (Anyone got any Hi-Res versions?)

I recently rememebred about the Side Sctory Comics set between Shenmue 1&2 and thought they'd be a great resource for fans and newcomers alike - But I have to confess, I am struggling to find good quality scans of them! here is the best I have found so far:

The images in the link you posted are probably the best quality you're going to get. I don't think these are available in a physical form to create a high quality scan.

But bear in mind that we are have the re-releases in a few weeks, and proper rips could come from those.

Wait.... re releases? Of comics that take place between Shenmue 1 and 2?... or are they within the collection?

Well it has been confirmed that Shenmue 2 is based on the Xbox version, and will include the snapshot feature. Whilst it hasn't been specifically confirmed, the "secrets" section should be, in theory, included.

Least that's the logic i am applying. Am i the only one who has been looking forward to Shenmue Saturn and side story comics in proper 1080?

I didn't even know these existed in the Xbox version. Is the Saturn version like pre-Alpha footage or something?

Forgot about these. Where are they originally from? I only know them from the XBOX extras, but that can't be their first appearance anywhere.

You'll no doubt be looking for the English versions, but the Japanese version of these comics were published across a few editions of the Dorimaga Dreamcast Magazine:

/\ dont want to hijack the thread but that magazine is pretty interesting. ive never seen a fully mapped out, combo on how to beat the arcade games like the QTE game. anyone else seen that before?

Thats very Interesting, I also thougt that this exists only as a Xbox special.
Someone should get that Magazine and Scan it!
