No, it’s one element that feels strangely unpolished given rest of game and mechanics. I see it as team realizing the issues with camera, particularly in confined spaces and thinking of First Person mode as a work-around but it never quite feels refined.

I always felt was a way to experiment with the VF3 first person mode and also simply force the player for a small bit of game to utilize aside from the one eyed street fighter haha

I don't remember it in my playthroughs on xbox but that was like 20 years ago so I must have forgotten. What an awful camera mode though. I was so confused lol

Yes lol. I cant for the life of me remember that being in teh xbox version. I dont think the alleys are that narrow that they had to use that camera mode.
