I am legit serious @Fire Tiger. My shenmue collection is not as impressive as some people's but I am trying to add to it.

Sometimes I wonder if Shenmue would have been more successful/had more of an appeal if it was entirely set in Japan. It's funny how us westerners find Japan exotic and that's a big part of the appeal of playing Japanese slice of life games, while Yu saw the beauty in Chinese culture and environments.

Hi guys, with the news that Sega is shutting down their historic arcades in Japan (cry),
I just wanted to show you a litle something.
All these machines are from Sega, this is a cinema 30 min from my home, where you go to the movies but also has a game saloon with billiards, pool, punching games and some arcade machines.
Interrestingly enough, all of the arcade machines are from SEGA.
I meet the owner in the past, and he must be a SEGA fan for sure! Man in his 50's or 60's.
Just take a look at these beautifull pictures I took yesterday!









Prety funny that he used to have the Sega Rally 2 only.
It's been there for years!

Then he got the Scud Racing one I hink.
And 2 or three years ago, got the other two.

It's heartwarming to see young ppl play.
Yesterday before I took the pictures , I saw 3 young dudes playing Sega Rally2 in multiplayer between them and also championship!
Then they wen into the motor raid one.

Really cool to see.
Video game history is here, so close to my home.
