Japanese subtitle

I pre-ordered the ps4 digital version of the S1&2, but then later I found out that Japanese subtitle is not available in that version.
Does anybody know if the November release Japanese version includes both Jap voice and subtitle? if so I may consider getting one.

Very safe to assume that the Japanese version will have Japanese subtitles, I have the originals (Dreamcast) in Japanese/from Japan and they have full subtitles as you'd expect.
Too bad English version doesn't, but I'm not surprised. Relatively few would use them.

The original Dreamcast Japanese versions have Japanese subs. I’m positive the Japanese PS4 release will be the same

Hopefully there will be some official announcement to confirm that.
I remember one of the Dreamcast version is even able to let you switch between Eng and Jap subs while in the game, but I won't expect this will happen. Anyway I'm still greatful they bring Shenmue back.

Corey Marshall said he first played in Japanese audio with Eng subs, but if it was officially released, I’m sure I would own a copy.
