Android:

1.) Bluestacks(More user friendly but bloated with ads+Can play IOS based mobas)

2.) Nox(Less user friendly but almost no ads but only Android mobas)

----------------

pros:

-Spoofs a real phone or tablet(you can choose what type/model) so you're practically not at any risk of being ban + it's legal since it's all original source coded.
-Controller support + re-mapping options.
-Can dev+test moba apps without needing a hi-spec phone. Just use your PC.
-f2p games are all legally accessible and reportedly working(some may require optional tweaking).
-Can access customer support/purchase games/play online legally as well.
-can transfer your accounts between a real phone to PC and vice versa if you wanna take something you're playing on the go.
-You can make legit purchases through the app as if you're doing it on a real phone if you want to support any particular dev/company.

Cons:

-Not all games support acc recovery, so if you lose any of your login details you'll have to start over sadly.
- It's resource heavy so you'll need a beefy PC if you're running a higher spec game.
-Some games are glitchy/freezes or black screens after long hours of gaming so long gaming sessions req multiple restarts.
- Micro transXXX and wait times ofc is a moba staple so tread carefully.
