Convert save file from US to PAL Dreamcast

Hi everyone, I’m new to the Shenmue community and just finished playing through Shenmue 1 on the Dreamcast. I’ve seen a few threads where people mentioned there are tools to convert the save game from US to PAL however I can’t seem to find this tool anywhere. Can anyone help me with this??

It's a program called " Shenmue Save Converter" and must be burned to a disc.
