Comparison Images (DC vs Re-release)

The one thing that bothers me is, there's a slightly higher quality model of Ryo in Shenmue I's files that they easily could have used. Why not? I can understand why they didn't on the Dreamcast, but this is a different story.

Look at the road, street lights, walls, etc. (DC version is on the left). It's all blurry in the "HD" version. It is less crisp now.

It might be that the blurry/bloom filter is on, but if this is the best they can offer... :^ (

You are not seeing one is a Sunny Day and the other a Rainy one....
