Adam Koralik tweeted that Australia would get the rerelease on the 20th? Is that right? And, if so, does anyone know why?

Australia is far ahead of everyone else timezone wise so when it's the 20th there it will be the 21st for others

If they're ahead and everyone else is getting it on the 21st, wouldn't that mean they would get it later than everyone else instead of earlier?
