A Gamer's Journey (Shenmue Documentary) goes to Kickstarter

Hi @Adam0 I have not been able to fund this project on Kickstarter at the time.
Would it be possible to still order a copy of the bluray or perhaps digitally?

Beautiful. ❤️ How did you get the art of chapter 7 in high quality? Adam shared 6 arts, can you please share the art here?

In my previous post in the thread i said this moment about the arts is a big moment to the Shenmue Community in my opinion, i just want to add one more reason why the 11 chapters arts are so special and important to me, the 11 arts represents the entire VF RPG/Shenmue story, so to me really is a big and special moment to finally have almost all of these arts in high quality.

The only reason I can think of why Yu Suzuki didn't share the other arts with Adam i think it was because of spoilers, but even seeing the arts in low quality we can see for example Xiuying near Shenhua in the last chapter card, so Yu Suzuki didn't share the other arts because of spoilers? i'm not sure, all i know is that i'm grateful, and that would be nice to see the other arts someday.

I really want to do something similar with these arts in my room.

Amazing finally we have some high quality pictures so may I ask I was not able to purchase the documentary from kickstarter will ever be another way to purchase the documentary?

Ya for sure. We will make the extra leftover copies available once we've fulfilled the initial kickstarter orders. Will be digitally available as well I'm sure we just don't know exactly where yet. Will update you all as I know more.
 
Out of curiosity, did you ever take photo's of the remaining ones? Did you ask for these or did Yu-san share these? :)

I'd love to have A3 prints of these for sure!

Him and his assistant brought out all 11 sketches actually, plus a few other things he thought we might want to capture. Then he said something along the lines of "they can photograph these and these, but not these" (referring to the other sketches)

I never asked for anything specific, only that we want to shoot whatever artwork they have that they can share that we could use as b-roll.

That's cool! It does sound like he was enthusiastic about it if he was thinking about spoilers and such!
